Job summary

Synthesia Limited is seeking a Staff (L6) Product Designer to own the Enterprise surface end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped outcomes and iteration—often dealing with ambiguity. You will reach out to the right stakeholders, guide decisions, and collaborate with product engineers to shape a scalable governance layer for admins and compliance teams.

You will design permission models, audit logs, identity workflows (SSO, SCIM, MCP), and licensing while aligning with analytics and billing

Qualifications

Significant experience designing complex, large-scale product surfaces such as admin dashboards or governance layers.
Strong systems thinking to combine identity, compliance, and scale constraints in UX.
Excellent communication in design reviews and cross-functional decision-making contexts.

Responsibilities

Own the Enterprise surface end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped outcomes and iteration.
Design governance and compliance experiences that give admins, legal teams, and compliance officers control and transparency.
Develop fluency in APIs, widget architectures, and developer hubs to shape feasible UX within backend constraints.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to influence roadmap and maintain design coherence as scale grows.
