Job summary

Synthesia Limited is seeking a Staff Product Designer to own the Enterprise surface end-to-end, shaping governance, identity workflows, and analytics at scale. You will partner with Product and Engineering leaders to set direction and raise the bar on enterprise design problems, ensuring a seamless admin experience across SSO, compliance, and billing.

You will operate as a senior IC, influencing roadmaps, crafting scalable design systems, and delivering outcomes from problem framing to shipped

Qualifications

Significant experience designing complex admin dashboards, governance layers, or analytics surfaces.
Strong technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and developer hub patterns.
Ability to read architecture docs and translate constraints into design decisions.
Excellent communication in design reviews and cross-functional contexts.

Responsibilities

Own the Enterprise surface end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped outcomes and iteration.
Design complex governance and compliance systems to give admins and legal teams control and transparency.
Develop license, billing, and identity workflows that scale across thousands of users.
Collaborate with Engineering to ensure feasible UX within backend constraints.
Set a design vision for Enterprise surface and influence adjacent product areas.
