Job summary

Synthesia Limited is seeking a Staff (L6) Product Designer to own the Enterprise surface end-to-end, collaborating with Product and Engineering to ship impactful outcomes.

You will design governance, identity workflows, analytics dashboards and billing experiences at enterprise scale, focusing on trust, transparency and AI-driven outputs for admins, legal teams and compliance officers.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing large-scale admin surfaces or governance layers.
• Technical fluency enabling reading API and integration constraints.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive direction.

Responsibilities

• Own the Enterprise surface end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Product and Engineering to shape roadmap and decisions.
• Design governance and compliance systems for admins, legal teams and compliance officers.
• Develop permission models, audit logs, workspace setup and identity workflows.
• Drive pragmatic iteration with POCs and customer feedback to de-risk bets.
• Set a design vision and maintain coherence across SSO, analytics and billing modules.
