Job summary

Synthesia is seeking a Staff (L6) Product Designer to own the Enterprise surface end-to-end, including workspace setup, governance, analytics, and integrations that enable scale. You’ll influence roadmaps with Product and Engineering, shaping enterprise design decisions and driving cross-functional collaboration across admin, legal, and compliance teams.

You’ll work in a senior IC capacity, setting direction, solving ambiguous problems, and building scalable, trust-driven UX for governance,

Qualifications

Significant experience designing complex, large-scale product surfaces (admin dashboards, governance layers, analytics platforms).
Technical fluency and ability to read architecture docs.
Ability to design governance, identity, and compliance workflows.

Responsibilities

Own enterprise surface end-to-end from problem framing to shipped outcomes and iteration.
Design complex governance and compliance systems with admin, legal, and compliance stakeholders.
Collaborate with Engineering to ensure feasible UX tied to backend constraints.
Drive pragmatic iteration, scope ruthlessly, and build POCs for early signals.
Set design vision for Enterprise surface and maintain coherence across scale.
