Job summary

Synthesia is seeking a Staff (L6) Product Designer to own the Enterprise surface end-to-end: problem framing, solution delivery, and iterative improvement in a complex enterprise context.

You’ll design governance, compliance, and analytics experiences, building scalable permission models, audit logs, and identity workflows, collaborating with Product and Engineering to raise the bar on enterprise design at scale.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing complex, large-scale product surfaces (admin dashboards, governance layers, analytics).
• Strong technical fluency with APIs and integrations; ability to read architecture docs.
• Systems thinking approach to enterprise design with focus on trust, transparency and scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the Enterprise surface end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped outcomes and iteration.
• Design governance and compliance systems with scalable permission models and audit trails.
• Partner with engineering and product leadership; drive alignment in reviews and decisions.
• Develop fluency in APIs, widgets, and developer hubs; influence product direction across scale.
