Job summary

Synthesia is seeking a Staff (L6) Product Designer to own the Enterprise surface end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped outcomes. You will shape governance, analytics, and integrations, collaborating with Product and Engineering to scale complex admin workflows.

You will work across identity, compliance, and billing domains, setting a design vision and driving pragmatic iteration in a fast-growing enterprise context.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing complex admin dashboards or governance surfaces.
• Technical fluency and ability to read architecture docs.
• Strong systems thinking across identity, compliance, and scale.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and turning it into direction.
• Excellent communication in cross-functional reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own the Enterprise surface end-to-end from framing to shipped outcomes.
• Design governance and compliance systems for admins, legal, and compliance teams.
• Create scalable permission models and role hierarchies.
• Develop audit logs and auditable experiences for humans and systems.
• Lead workspace setup, identity workflows, and enterprise integrations (SSO, SCIM).
• Define license and billing models that are clear for admins at scale.
• Deliver analytics and reporting to show deployment health and impact.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to align roadmaps.
