Job summary

Synthesia is seeking a Staff (L6) Product Designer to own the Enterprise surface end-to-end: governance, content lifecycle, and analytics/integrations. You’ll influence roadmaps with Product and Engineering and raise the bar on enterprise design problems.

You’ll design complex governance and compliance systems, scalable permission models, audit logs, and identity/billing workflows that integrate with enterprise infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing complex admin dashboards and governance layers.
• Strong technical fluency to read APIs and backend patterns.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving spaces.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with product and engineering teams.
• Experience designing workflows around enterprise compliance and trust.

Responsibilities

• Own the Enterprise surface end-to-end from framing to shipped outcomes and iteration.
• Design governance, identity, and billing flows at scale.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to shape the roadmap and bets.
• Build scalable permission models and audit logs for compliance.
• Influence adjacent product areas to ensure a coherent enterprise design system.
