Job summary

Synthesia is seeking a Staff (L6) Product Designer to own the Enterprise surface end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped outcomes and iteration. You will work with Product and Engineering to design governance, analytics, and integrations that give admins real control.

You should have significant experience designing large-scale admin dashboards and systems thinking; be comfortable with ambiguity, and influence roadmaps. The role offers hybrid work from London with international teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing complex, large-scale product surfaces such as admin dashboards, governance layers, or analytics platforms.
• Ability to read technical architecture docs and understand design constraints.
• Strong collaboration with product and engineering to shape roadmaps and bets.

Responsibilities

• Own the Enterprise surface end-to-end from framing to shipped outcomes and iteration.
• Design complex governance and compliance systems that give admins genuine control and transparency.
• Develop fluency in APIs, widget architectures, and developer hub patterns, shaping how backend constraints influence UX.
• Lead design reviews and decisions in cross-functional settings, turning ambiguity into clear direction.
