Job summary

Synthesia is seeking a Staff (L6) Product Designer to own Enterprise surface governance, content lifecycle, and analytics end-to-end. You’ll shape roadmap decisions with Product and Engineering leaders, turning concepts into scalable, trusted enterprise UX that supports admins, legal teams, and compliance officers.

You’ll operate as a senior IC, setting direction, influencing choices, and driving pragmatic iteration to outperform renewal targets and enterprise adoption.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing complex, large-scale product surfaces such as admin dashboards or governance layers.
• Strong systems thinking across identity, compliance, analytics, and scale.
• Technical fluency: reading APIs and architecture docs and understanding design constraints.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and turning unclear problems into direction.
• Excellent communication in design reviews and cross-functional decisions.
• Experience ensuring trust, transparency, and user control in enterprise UX.

Responsibilities

• Own the Enterprise surface end-to-end from problem framing to shipped outcomes and iteration.
• Design governance and compliance systems with scale and auditability.
• Collaborate with engineering to align technical and design constraints.
• Drive iterative POCs and learn from enterprise customers.
• Set a design vision for the Enterprise surface and scale across modules.
