Job summary

Synthesia Limited is seeking a Staff Product Designer (L6) to own the enterprise surface end-to-end, including governance, content lifecycle and analytics integrations, in a fast-moving AI enterprise setting.

You will partner with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap decisions, design complex governance systems, and translate enterprise needs into scalable UX across SSO, analytics and billing workflows. Remote Europe or London hybrid is available.

Qualifications

Extensive experience designing large-scale admin dashboards and governance layers.
Ability to read technical architecture docs and collaborate with engineering.
Excellent communication and cross-functional decision-making.
Experience with enterprise identity, security, and analytics workflows.

Responsibilities

Own the Enterprise surface end-to-end from framing to shipped outcomes and iteration.
Influence roadmap decisions and partner with Product and Engineering leaders.
Design complex governance and compliance systems for admins, legal teams and compliance officers.
Scale workflows across SSO, analytics and billing with a consistent mental model.
