Job summary

Synthesia in London (hybrid) seeks a Staff Product Designer to own the Enterprise surface end-to-end, framing problems, shipping outcomes, and iterating with stakeholders. You’ll design governance, identity workflows, and analytics that scale across thousands of creators and admins.

As a senior IC, you will influence roadmap decisions with Product and Engineering, set a clear design direction, and drive ruthlessly scoped, signal-led iterations to improve admin control and transparency in

Qualifications

Significant experience designing complex, large-scale product surfaces such as admin dashboards or governance layers.
Strong technical fluency and ability to read architecture docs and reason about constraints.
Excellent communication in design reviews and cross-functional decision-making.

Responsibilities

Own the Enterprise surface end-to-end from framing to shipped outcomes and iteration.
Design governance, identity workflows (SSO, SCIM) and compliance features at scale.
Develop analytics, reporting, and billing experiences for admins across large deployments.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to set direction and raise the design bar across enterprise use cases.
