Staff Nurse - Outpatients - RGN • Full Time/Permanent • Tunbridge Wells • £26,000 - £30,000

Dream Medical are looking for an exceptional Staff Nurse to join a Tunbridge Wells Outpatient Department. You'll have a passion for delivering excellent patient care and the ability to manage varied and interesting caseloads. Like us, you believe in putting people first. You'll instinctively meet patient's needs, giving them and their families the comfort and reassurance they need when they're at their most vulnerable.

Responsibilities
  • Supervising and supporting clinical support staff and junior staff in the delivery of care, providing education, training and mentorship to meet development needs
  • Delivering high quality patient care, which is clinically effective, evidence based and appropriate
  • Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care as part of a collaborative programme
Qualifications

You will have relevant experience, qualifications and a valid NMC registration and pin. You'll be an excellent communicator and team worker – flexible and motivated. As part of the wider hospital team, you'll interact with practitioners from other areas because you understand the importance of continuity in patient care.

We are interested in talking to qualified Staff Nurses with various levels of post-registration experience, ideally with some Outpatients Department experience, but not essential.
