Main duties of the job

As an Outpatients Staff Nurse, you will: Show your passion for delivering excellent patient care; Work in a busy and fast environment managing a varied and interesting caseload in Outpatients services; Take part in a wide range of procedures, manage clinics and apply your extensive clinical skills to aid recovery; Instinctively meet the needs of patients and their families, offering comfort and reassurance; Work with practitioners in other areas to ensure continuity in patient care; Enjoy more time to care and get to know your patients.

About us

Nuffield Health Derby Hospital is a modern, purpose‑built hospital with 38 en‑suite beds, three operating theatres, and a comprehensive range of outpatient services. The Radiology department covers general radiographic procedures, theatre, ultrasound, MRI and CT. Set in beautiful grounds, we are about 3 miles from the city centre, within easy reach of all major roads and bus routes.
