Job summary

A leading healthcare organization in Liverpool seeks Registered Nurses dedicated to improving patient safety and quality care. Candidates will assess, plan, and deliver nursing care while working within a multi-disciplinary team. Previous experience in an acute setting is ideal but preceptorship opportunities are available for suitable applicants.

Responsibilities

The post holder will be responsible and accountable for the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of nursing care.

Work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team and undertake delegated tasks from the ward manager/charge nurse.

Following successful completion of foundation gateway, the post holder will be required to take charge of ward/department for a span of duty.

The post holder will always work within the NMC's Code of Professional Conduct. We are looking to recruit Registered Nurses who want to develop and contribute to our busy and hardworking team.

You will need to be an effective role model and demonstrate a passion for improving patient safety and quality care and have the ability to drive improvements which will enhance the patient's experience.

The successful candidate must also possess an understanding of the changing dynamics in healthcare and demonstrate strong leadership ability to support staff through the challenging times ahead.

Qualifications

Applicants will ideally have had 12 months experience in an acute setting, although preceptorship for suitable candidates will be considered.
