Exchange/Central Limit Order Book

Our client is building a first of its kind exchange, around a high-performance Central Limit Order Book. On-chain. They're backed by well-known Market Makers, Tier1 VC's and Angels, the founding team have all been through successful start-up cycles previously with multiple exits. The exchange is being built on top of a performant blockchain. This will enabling several groundbreaking features around anonymity.

As a Staff Backend Engineer you will be working in a small, efficient team with lots of autonomy. You will be reporting to the Principal Backend Engineer. The client is looking to speak with engineers who have experience building complex products from scratch.

You will be developing backend systems that connect users to the clients platform and building systems that collect vital external data that the product.

Qualifications:

• 5+ Years experience developing highly complex backend systems.
• Experience developing systems that scale on cloud infrastructure.
• Understanding of databases (Relational, in-memory, time series)
• Experience building production grade, performance code in Golang or Rust.
