This is a remote role.

GRC Solutions is a cybersecurity and privacy consultancy dedicated to delivering governance, risk, and compliance solutions to safeguard digital environments and ensure data privacy.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will drive business growth by managing key accounts and acquiring new clients. This role requires a proactive individual skilled in consultative selling, client relationships, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies for acquiring new business through outbound prospecting and engaging prospective customers.
  • Articulate GRC Solutions' value proposition to clients.
  • Manage and develop an account portfolio, including key accounts.
  • Build relationships with senior executives, demonstrating knowledge and professionalism.
  • Identify opportunities within targeted markets and develop relationships with decision-makers.
  • Assist clients in identifying cybersecurity and data privacy compliance solutions.
  • Handle bids, pitches, tenders, and present proposals to stakeholders.
  • Manage sales pipeline, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs consistently.
  • Maintain knowledge of the market and competitors.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and provide feedback for sales strategy.
Person Specification
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in bringing in new business and consultative selling.
  • Track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
  • Experience in senior sales or key account management roles.
  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
  • Contract negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
  • Experience working with C-Suite executives.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
