Reeson Education are looking for a confident Sports Coach to work in a focused and structured school environment in Batley (WF17). This position of Sports Coach suits someone practical, authoritative, and able to work independently while maintaining strong professional standards.

About the Role

As a Sports Coach, you will deliver structured physical activity sessions, drive participation through firm routines, and maintain control during high-energy environments. You will reinforce discipline, teamwork, and focus while keeping pupils fully engaged.

Key Responsibilities

• Targeted Guidance: Lead structured sports and fitness sessions with clear expectations
• Session Leadership: Maintain control, routines, and boundaries throughout the school day
• Behaviour Management: Apply firm behaviour strategies during physical activity
• Progress Tracking: Track participation, progress, and engagement levels
• Professional Coordination: Work efficiently with teachers, behaviour staff, and leadership

Qualifications and Experience
