As a Sponsorship Manager, you’ll support the management and activation of our club partnerships, making sure rights are delivered with excellence and partners get the most out of every collaboration.
Working at the intersection of sports, tech, and entertainment, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and clubs to bring campaigns, content, and product launches to life, while strengthening our growing partner network.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Management
- Act as a main contact point for partner clubs, building strong, trust-based relationships.
- Ensure smooth delivery of contractual rights (IP, ticketing, player access, digital, etc.) while maximizing value for ComAve.
- Contribute to the improvement of processes and tools to make partnership management more effective.
- Support the identification of upsell or co-creation opportunities, working closely with the Sponsorship Director.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with Growth, Product, Marketing, and Legal teams to integrate rights into campaigns, activations, and launches.
- Ensure the consistent use of club IP across product experience, branding, and campaigns.
We’re looking for someone who brings solid partnership experience and the drive to make an impact in the sports and entertainment space.
Qualifications
- 4–5 years’ experience in partnership management, ideally within the entertainment or sports industries.
- Strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (essential); French, Italian or Spanish would be a big plus.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once and thrive in a collaborative, fully remote team.
- Willingness to travel regularly to clubs to maintain close and effective partnerships.
