If it is identified that you require sponsorship to undertake this role your application may be withdrawn We have an exciting opportunity for an SPHT Team Attached Administrator to join our Multidisciplinary Specialist Pelvic Health Team. The role is based at Longton Cottage Hospital and is 33.75 hours per week covering weekdays. Do you want to be part of a dynamic, motivated, multidisciplinary team of administrators, physiotherapists and nurse specialists? Are you passionate about supporting service users and ensuring their journey through our care pathway is smooth and stress-free? You will receive support into the role through induction, training and beyond. There will be opportunities for personal development and career progression if desired., The main duties for this role include:

  • Act as the first point of contact for service users, providing friendly and professional assistance by phone and in person.
  • Manage appointments and maintain accurate patient records using the RIO NHS clinical system.
  • Ensure compliance with information governance policies while delivering outstanding customer care.
  • Keep our busy office running efficiently with your exceptional organizational and communication skills.
