What Youll Be Stirring Up Day To Day

• Writing, reviewing and maintainingretailer product specificationsfor major UK supermarkets (Top 5 retailers and discounters)
• Managingingredient, allergen, nutritional and claims datawith total accuracy
• Collaborating closely withNPD, Quality and Supply Chainfrom concept through to launch
• Supportingartwork checks, approvals and final product sign-off
• Ensuring specifications remain compliant withUK food labelling and technical standards
• Keeping our specification systems tidy, consistent and audit-ready
  
  

What Youll Bring To The Table

• Proven experience as aSpecifications Technologist, Specification Writer or Technical Administratorwithin food manufacturing
• Strong understanding ofretailer specification systemsand requirements
• Working knowledge ofallergens, food labelling legislation and technical terminology
