Mitchell Maguire is actively seeking a Specification Sales Manager – Chillers & Heat Pumps to drive project-based sales across London and the North West. You will engage consulting engineers, M&E consultants and contractors, focusing on high-quality heat pumps and chillers for office buildings and large schemes.

The role offers a £60k-£80k base with a £10k-£20k bonus, and a company car or car allowance as part of a benefits package.

• Specification sales experience in the HVAC sector

• Ability to speak technically with consulting engineers

The role of the Specification Sales Manager - Chillers & Heat Pumps x2will involve:

• Field sales positions selling a high quality of heat pumps & chillers
• All of your time will be spent selling to consulting engineers, M&E consultants and M&E contractors
• London turnover target £2m
• North West turnover target £1.5m
• Dealing with large scale projects predominately office buildings

The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager - Chillers & Heat Pumps x2with:

• Must have a specification sales experience in the HVAC sector - ideally chillers & heat pumps however not essential
• Must have sold to consulting engineers, M&E consultants & M&E consultants
• Must be able to speak to a consulting engineer on a technical level
• Commercial astute
• Likeable, tenacious and results orientated
