Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is actively seeking a Specification Sales Manager – Chillers & Heat Pumps to drive project-based sales across London and the North West. You will engage consulting engineers, M&E consultants and contractors, focusing on high-quality heat pumps and chillers for office buildings and large schemes.

The role offers a £60k-£80k base with a £10k-£20k bonus, and a company car or car allowance as part of a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Specification sales experience in the HVAC sector
• Experience selling to consulting engineers, M&E consultants and contractors
• Ability to speak technically with consulting engineers
• Commercially astute
• Likeable, tenacious and results oriented

• Field sales selling heat pumps and chillers

• London turnover target £2m
• North West turnover target £1.5m
• Deal with large-scale office building projects
