Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Specification Sales Manager to promote radiators, heat pumps, HIUs and boilers across the South West, focusing on M&E consultants, contractors and local authorities. Role centers on generating project specifications and commercial sales, building long‑term relationships, and expanding turnover from current base (£700k in territory referenced).

You will need proven plumbing and heating/HVAC specification sales experience and a proactive, hungry attitude to win

Qualifications

• Must have proven plumbing & heating / HVAC specification sales experience.
• Experience selling to M&E consultants, contractors and local authorities.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Promote radiators, HIUs, heat pumps and boilers to specifiers.
• Generate commercial project sales with a 100% focus on specifications.
• Sell to M&E consultants, contractors, local authorities and specifiers.
• Inherit and grow a £700k portfolio while expanding turnover year on year.
• Develop new business relationships and maintain long‑term partnerships.
