Job summary

Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking a Specification Sales Manager for Hot Water Storage & Energy Management Systems covering Western England. You will generate specifications with social housing bodies, authorities, housebuilders and developers while also engaging M&E consultants, architects and contractors on projects.

The role requires experience in new build, social housing or commercial specifications and strong technical product knowledge across boilers, hot water/storage and energy

Qualifications

• Must have new build, social housing or commercial specification experience.
• Ideally contact within housing associations, local authorities, developers, M&E consultants, contractors and installers.
• Must have technical related product experience such as boilers, hot water systems, energy systems, solar systems, smart controls, BMS, hot water storage, plumbing & heating controls, heat pumps, electrical heaters, air conditioning.

Responsibilities

• Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of hot water storage and energy management solutions
• 80% of your time will be spent generating specifications with social housing market via housing associations, local authorities, housebuilders, developers
• 20% commercial focused with M&E consultants, architects, contractors and installers
• Working on both new build and retrofit projects
• Turnover target tbd
• Good blend of account management and new business
