Specification Manager
THE ROLE: As a Specification Manager within this division of the business, you will manage a variety of customers and stakeholders across Regional Developers, Housebuilders, Contractors, and Installers. You will be selling a strong brand of showers, washroom solutions, and shower enclosures. This role involves long-term project management, juggling multiple responsibilities, and working on tender frameworks for specific product requirements. Working as part of a close-knit and successful sales team, you will represent a profitable and innovative washroom brand. The position requires understanding of specifiers and end users, from tender and brief to managing contractors through the sales cycle. Success in this role depends on a proven sales track record and effective communication skills. Candidates from plumbing, heating, or KBB backgrounds with new business sales experience will be highly desirable. Prior knowledge of housebuilders is preferred but not essential.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
· 2+ years of field sales experience, with proven cold calling and business acquisition skills
· Experience selling a product rather than a service
· Ability to manage a project pipeline and navigate a long sales cycle
· A consultative, driven, and professional salesperson with strong attention to detail
· Understanding of major developers and housebuilders is desirable but not essential
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 basic, plus 20% OTE, company car, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday, pension scheme
