Job Title: Senior Specifications Technologist

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Specifications Technologist to join our client, a leading international regulatory partner. In this role, you will be a key member of a dynamic team, providing the food industry with regulatory guidance, product information, and compliance support.

This is a full-time, permanent, home-based position offering a competitive salary and benefits associated with remote working. Candidates must have experience working with retailers in a food manufacturing environment, with strong technical, pack copy, and product knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Writing, advising, checking, and approving specifications and artwork
• Reviewing specifications and pack copy
• Artwork review
• Formulation review
• Regulatory adaptations

About You:

• Experience in food manufacturing, particularly in technical, quality, regulatory, compliance, or specifications roles
• Up-to-date knowledge of labelling standards, allergen information, and food legislation
• Practical experience with specification or artwork systems and packages
• Great attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and a professional, proactive attitude
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently
• Interest in food and food legislation is highly advantageous
