As a Specification Manager covering Scotland and parts of the North of England, you will engage with Architects, Local Authorities, and End Users within commercial, health, and education sectors, specifying washroom solutions such as cubicles, lockers & benches, and sinks. This is a project-based role focused on winning specifications, preparing proposals, and collaborating with the Inside Sales Team to see projects through to completion with Contractors & End Users. You will be paired with an experienced Contractor Sales Manager to support lead generation. Approximately 50% of your time will be on new build projects, with the remainder on retrofit and refurbishment projects. You will have access to Glenigans for lead generation and will conduct CPD seminars both virtually and in person. This role is home-based, with most meetings via video, but requiring at least 15 face-to-face interactions per month, involving travel 1-2 days per week.
