Specification Manager
THE ROLE: As a Specification Manager covering Scotland and parts of the North of England, you will engage with Architects, Local Authorities, and End Users within commercial, health, and education sectors, specifying washroom solutions such as cubicles, lockers & benches, and sinks. This is a project-based role focused on winning specifications, documenting them, and supporting the Inside Sales Team to complete sales with Contractors & End Users. You will collaborate with an experienced Contractor Sales Manager to generate leads efficiently. Approximately 50% of your time will be on new build projects, with the rest on retrofit and refurbishments. You will have access to Glenigans for lead generation and will conduct CPD seminars both virtually and in person. The role is primarily home-based, with most meetings conducted via video, and at least 15 face-to-face meetings per month, requiring travel around 1-2 days per week.

Candidate Criteria:
· Exposure to the specification sales process in construction
· Experience selling products rather than services
· Ability to manage a project pipeline and navigate long sales cycles
· A consultative, driven, and professional salesperson with strong attention to detail
· Knowledge of commercial construction projects or washroom experience is desirable but not essential
Salary: £35,000-45,000 basic (DOE), plus £4,200 annual bonus, additional commission up to £4,800, £4,800 car and mileage allowances, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday, pension scheme.
