This leading company in advanced cold rolled steel technology is seeking a Project Specification Manager to drive strategic growth and strengthen its position in the construction, automotive, industrial, and agriculture sectors. What You Will Do

• Drive specification opportunities in the construction market, focusing on growth through market share gain and market expansion.
• Become a technical expert in SFS & Drylining products and systems, offering support and developing business in key market sectors.
• Generate profitable sales growth, exceeding budget targets through development of customer relationships and new opportunities.
• Provide technical support to achieve sales revenue plan, promoting knowledge sharing within the team and the wider company.
• Manage contract negotiations from enquiry to final order, preparing competitive quotations to ensure appropriate margins.
• Support product development within the market sector and contribute to strategic marketing initiatives.

• Degree level qualification in a relevant field or significant specific experience.
• Technical understanding of SFS and drylining systems, with analytical skills and technical problem-solving abilities.
