Qualifications

• You must hold an MPharm or equivalent qualification and be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
• Relevant specialist knowledge and practical experience in Acute/Community hospital pharmacy work are essential.
• Independent prescribing qualification or commitment to achieving this is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical pharmacy services to patients in a community hospital setting.
• Collaborate with Medicines Management Technicians and Pharmacists.
• Participate in on-call and 7-day working commitments.
