A modern social support organization in Telford is seeking a dedicated professional to work with young people at risk of criminal exploitation. This role involves building relationships, assessing needs, and delivering interventions. Ideal candidates should have extensive experience with young people and knowledge of safeguarding processes. The position offers a salary of £27,500, 27 days annual leave, and a pension scheme.

Our STEPS is an integrated Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE), Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE) support service which spans across West Mercia. The four regions of West Mercia are Herefordshire, Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin and Worcestershire.

*Access to a car, and a full driving licence, is a requirement of this role.
*You may be required to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, or anti-social hours.
*This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
