Job summary

Pallet is hiring its first Enterprise Account Executive to build a European enterprise sales footprint for an AI-powered workflow automation platform. You will own net-new enterprise acquisition across EMEA and educate executives on operational ROI.

Initially, this role will be remote from London with eventual office presence. You’ll travel across Europe, lead discovery sessions, scope pilots, and develop executive business cases to drive deployments and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS or enterprise logistics sales experience.
• Executive presence with senior operators and technology leaders.
• Excellent outbound prospecting and territory-building discipline.
• Ability to quickly understand complex logistics operations and translate them into AI automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle across EMEA from outbound prospecting through contract signature.
• Build a 3x-4x qualified pipeline through disciplined outbound execution and self-sourcing at least 30% of opportunities.
• Develop relationships with executive stakeholders across Europe’s largest logistics providers.
• Lead consultative discovery sessions mapping operational workflows to Pallet’s AI capabilities.
• Scope and lead structured pilots that demonstrate measurable ROI and convert into deployments.
