Job summary

Pallet is hiring its first Enterprise Account Executives in EMEA to build our commercial presence across Europe. You will own net-new enterprise acquisition, build relationships with Europe’s largest logistics providers, and help establish the playbook for our international expansion.

Initially remote from London with a path to office-based work, you’ll travel across Europe, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive outcome-focused pilots that demonstrate ROI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS or enterprise logistics sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure enterprise software agreements.
• Ability to understand complex logistics operations and translate them into AI automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle across EMEA from outbound prospecting to contract signature.
• Build and maintain a 3x-4x qualified pipeline with self-sourced opportunities (min 30%).
• Lead consultative discovery sessions mapping operational workflows to Pallet’s AI capabilities.
• Develop executive business cases linking operational improvements to financial outcomes.
