Job summary

Pallet is hiring its first Enterprise Account Executives to build a commercial presence across Europe. You will own net-new enterprise acquisition across the region, building relationships with the largest logistics providers and establishing the playbook for international expansion.

This highly consultative role focuses on educating customers on an AI-powered workflow automation category. Initially remote from London, with the London office opening later.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
• Proven track record closing six- and seven-figure enterprise software deals.
• Business-fluent German: able to run discovery and negotiations with executives.
• Experience navigating complex buying committees and long enterprise sales cycles.
• Comfort selling technical, workflow-heavy software products.
• Strong outbound prospecting and territory-building discipline.
• 8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS or enterprise logistics sales.
• Ability to translate logistics operations into AI automation opportunities.
• Executive presence with senior operators and tech leaders.
• Experience selling into logistics or supply chain is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle across EMEA from outbound prospecting to contract signature.
• Build 3x-4x qualified pipeline with disciplined outbound and 30% self-sourced opportunities.
• Develop relationships with executive stakeholders across Europe’s logistics providers.
• Lead discovery sessions mapping workflows to Pallet’s AI capabilities.
• Lead pilots demonstrating ROI and enterprise deployments.
• Document use cases to shape Pallet’s product roadmap and GTM strategy.
