Randstad Education is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Spanish Instructor with expertise in Special Educational Needs (SEN) for an extended engagement in Witham.

Responsibilities for Spanish Instructor:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cover grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and cultural aspects of Spanish-speaking countries.
• Teach language skills in reading, writing, listening and speaking to students of various proficiency levels.
• Leading and delivering Spanish lessons to KS3 and KS4.
• Create and prepare teaching materials, assignments and assessments aligned with curriculum standards.
• Incorporate multimedia content and technology into lessons to enhance engagement and cater to different learning styles.
• Adapt teaching methods and curriculum to meet individual student needs and learning styles.

Prospective candidates must satisfy the following prerequisites:

• Possession of UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is obligatory.
• Demonstrable track record of instructing SEN pupils within a UK educational institution.
• Skill in curriculum modification (e.g., P Scales), execution of integrated teaching methods, and successful classroom organisation.
• Behaviour Management skills are essential
• Excellent patience, compassion, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative spirit.
• Must hold an active DBS certificate registered with the Update Service, or be ready to promptly submit an application.
