• Collaborate globally – liaise with Assistance Centres, treating physicians, and claim teams for seamless case progression.

About You

• Registered Nurse with acute, emergency, or intensive care experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Previous medical assistance or travel health experience is desirable.
• Excellent written and spoken Spanish, Portuguese, and English required.
