Job summary

The Celtic Manor Resort is seeking a Spa Therapist to join our award-winning Spa Team. This part-time role involves delivering massage and holistic treatments, offering personalised consultations, and promoting spa services to guests in our luxury setting.

You will work 30 hours over 4 days, with a focus on guest care, exceptional service, and product recommendations. Our team enjoys great benefits, discounts, and development opportunities within The Celtic Collection.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Massage or Holistic Therapy (or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, team-focused approach.
• Confidence in recommending treatments and retail products.

• Deliver professional massage and holistic treatments to high standards.
• Provide personalised consultations and treatment recommendations.
• Promote spa services, treatments and retail products.

OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE

• Level 3 qualification in Massage or Holistic Therapy (or equivalent).
• A passion for health, wellbeing and guest care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, team-focused approach.
• Confidence in recommending treatments and retail products.

Desirable

• Experience within a luxury or 5 star spa environment.
• Additional therapy qualifications, such as Hot Stones or Reflexology.
• Experience with premium spa brands such as Elemis or ESPA.
