Qualifications

• At least 18 months’ experience as a Senior Spa Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the Forum Spa & Ocius treatment spaces.
• Deliver and inspire 5* standards in treatments, service, and presentation.
• Lead and support a team of therapists, ensuring smooth, efficient operations.
• Manage scheduling, stock control, admin tasks, and treatment bookings.
• Handling guest feedback with professionalism and care.
• Taking an active leadership role—team communication, development, briefings.
• Stepping up as Duty Manager in the absence of senior spa leadership.
• Performing treatments to luxury brand standards.

What We’re Looking For

• VTCT NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy

• Strong organisational skills and experience in spa operations
• Ability to deliver and uphold impeccable 5* treatment standards
• Experience with stock control and spa/salon software systems
• Desirable: experience in a luxury 5* spa, hot stones, advanced beauty skills, Element training, leadership experience, or exposure to large spa teams.
