The Celtic Manor Resort Spa in Newport is seeking a Casual Spa Therapist to deliver luxury treatments and uphold five-star guest care in a five-star setting. You will maintain pristine treatment rooms, support the team, and help guests select appropriate products and experiences.

Open to newly qualified therapists with a VTCT NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy, you will thrive in a serene, welcoming environment and receive ongoing training and development opportunities in this casual, on-demand role.

Qualifications

• VTCT NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) – newly qualified welcome.
• Deep understanding of five-star guest care and a desire to exceed expectations.
• Ability to create a serene, peaceful environment for every guest.
• Passion for holistic treatments and tailoring experiences to individual needs.
• Impeccable grooming, communication, and caring presence.
• Stamina to deliver treatments throughout the day with breaks and support.
