Job summary

Hoar Cross Hall in Staffordshire is seeking a Spa Therapist to join its world-class spa team. The role involves delivering luxurious treatments, from massages to facials, and ensuring guests enjoy a personalised, high-end experience.

You will work with premium products, maintain high hygiene standards, and collaborate with colleagues to foster a welcoming spa environment while pursuing development within the beauty and wellness industry.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A warm and engaging approach that helps guests feel comfortable.
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays when required.
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a range of luxury spa treatments, including massages, facials and body treatments.
• Creating a relaxing, personalised and memorable experience for every guest.
• Understanding each guest’s needs and recommend the most suitable treatments.
• Working towards treatment and sales targets while maintaining exceptional service.

The Role

We’re looking for a talented Spa / Beauty Therapist to join our award-winning team.

You’ll help our guests relax, recharge and feel their best by delivering luxurious, personalised treatments in our world-class spa.

From massages and facials to body treatments, you’ll work with premium products, excellent facilities and a supportive team — all while developing your career within the beauty and wellness industry.

Person Specification:

Essentials:

• A Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A warm and engaging approach that helps guests feel comfortable and cared for
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays when required
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and organisation

Desirables:

• Is confident delivering a wide variety of spa treatments and techniques
• Have previous experience in a high-end spa, hotel or resort
• Have experience using VOYA or ELEMIS products — although this isn’t essential

Further Information

Part-time and full-time opportunitiesavailable

• Working 2-5 days per week
• 16-30 contracted hours availableper week
• Shift patterns: 0930-1800hrs / 1030-1900hrs
• Requirement to workone weekend day per week
• Rate of pay increases every 6 monthsfor the first two years of service
• Full flexibilityis essential, as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business
