Responsibilities

• Confidently speaking to customers about the spa journey and selling spa therapies and experiences for both hotels.
• Processing online bookings and handling enquiries and bookings over the phone.
• Managing the diary to maximise bookings and creating reports on those we have received.
• Providing friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional service at all times.

Are you passionate about sales and feel confident that with the product knowledge you could actively sell our spa experiences?

Qualifications

• Are you organised and clam, with a keen eye for detail? Do you work well in a team and with targets?
• Similar experience with customer service, client bookings and diary management.
• A positive, warm, friendly attitude with the ability to build genuine relationships.
• Comfortable working with technology – full training on booking systems will be provided.
• Motivated to succeed, hit targets whilst encouraging and celebrating the whole teams success.
• Demonstrates good organisational skills.
• Has excellent spoken and written English skills.
• An awareness of or interest in holistic therapies is desirable, but you will be educated on the exciting world of Ayurveda.
