Job summary

Bannatyne Group is seeking a friendly Spa Receptionist to greet guests, manage bookings and ensure a seamless check-in experience.

This role requires excellent customer service, organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy wellness environment. A warm personality and genuine interest in health and wellbeing are essential.

The position is part-time (16 hours per week) at £12.90 per hour, with a range of perks including meals, gym access and development opportunities.

• Assist with promotions of spa services and retail products.
• Keep the reception area clean, tidy and inviting.
• Coordinate with Spa Therapists and staff to ensure seamless service.
