Job summary

Bannatyne Group is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver a range of treatments in a guest-focused environment. You will perform massages, facials, manicures and pedicures while maintaining high cleanliness standards and safe equipment use.

You’ll build rapport with clients, promote services and stay current with industry trends, all supported by a comprehensive benefits package and a flexible, part-time 16-hour weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.
• Desirable NVQ Level 3 and knowledge of Elemis products.

Responsibilities

• Perform spa treatments such as massages, facials, manicures and pedicures tailored to guests.
• Provide professional, high-quality service for a relaxing guest experience.
• Maintain spa cleanliness and proper use of equipment.
• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Promote spa services and products during consultations.
• Stay updated on trends and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
