Job summary
Bannatyne Group seeks a dedicated Spa Therapist to deliver spa treatments and exceptional guest experiences in a luxurious setting. You will provide massages, facials, manicures, pedicures and more, tailored to each guest’s needs, while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and service.
We value strong interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy desirable or working towards.
- Experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of Elemis products and treatments desirable.
- Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Perform spa treatments including massages, facials, manicures and pedicures tailored to guests' needs.
- Provide high-quality service to ensure a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
- Ensure proper use of spa equipment and maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and techniques to develop skills.
