Job summary

Bannatyne Group is seeking a dedicated Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional spa experiences. The role requires performing massages, facials, manicures and pedicures with a focus on guest comfort and cleanliness.

Part of a wellness-led environment, you will build relationships with guests, promote services, and stay abreast of industry trends while working flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy or equivalent is required.
• NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or working towards it is desirable.
• Knowledge of Elemis products is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, manicures and pedicures.
• Provide high-quality service to ensure a relaxing guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper use of spa equipment.
• Build client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Promote spa services and products during consultations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
