Bishopstrow Hotel is seeking a Spa Receptionist to warmly welcome spa guests, handle bookings and support our spa team. You will communicate with hotel colleagues and assist therapists to ensure the spa runs smoothly, while maintaining a high standard of guest care.

The role offers full-time hours (37.5 per week), weekend work, 28 days of holiday, and benefits including EAP, hotel discounts, team rates, and meals provided during shifts. You will be valued as part of a friendly, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in managing bookings and queries.

Responsabilités

• Be the warm welcome and friendly goodbye for spa guests.
• Assist therapists and spa attendants and coordinate with hotel colleagues.
• Answer calls and emails, take bookings and send confirmations in spa systems.
• Oversee guest areas during busy times to ensure cleanliness and order.
• Provide hospitable atmosphere, offer drinks or champagne as appropriate.
• Complete handover and prepare for the next shift.
