We are currently looking for a passionate Spa Receptionist, to join our Spa on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. As a Spa Receptionist, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

• Handle phone, email, and in-person reservations, ensuring efficient use of therapist time and treatment rooms
• Provide information on treatments, products, and promotions, and resolve guest queries promptly and professionally
• Manage cash, card, and membership transactions accurately, including gift voucher sales
• Promote and upsell spa products and packages to maximise revenue.
• Manage booking systems, and coordinate with therapists, spa management and other departments for smooth operations

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
