Job summary

Eden Hotel Collection in the United Kingdom is seeking a Spa Receptionist to welcome guests, manage bookings, and support the therapy team to ensure a smooth spa day. You’ll take treatment bookings and payments, answer membership enquiries, and help maximise revenue through thoughtful service and product sales.

You’ll be well presented with great people skills, tech savvy for the Prem Spa booking engine, and flexible to work weekends and bank holidays as part of a 35-hour, 5-days-in-7 schedule.

Qualifications

Well-presented and confident with natural people skills.
Tech-savvy with Booking engine experience (Prem Spa).
Experience in hotel or spa environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide warm, attentive service.
Take treatment bookings and payments, answer enquiries.
Collaborate with the therapy team to keep spa days running smoothly.
Assist management to maximise revenue through product sales and diary management.
