Job summary

The Belfry Hotel & Resort is seeking a proactive Spa Receptionist to manage spa bookings and guest arrivals. In this role you will identify opportunities to suggest treatments, record booking details accurately, handle telephone queries, and guide guests on retail products.

Working shifts include early, late, and weekends. The Belfry offers extensive staff training, development programmes, and progression opportunities within our award-winning resort.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy spa environment or hotel reception is advantageous but not essential.
• You are a high-energy, sales-focused individual with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• You should be approachable, friendly and able to develop within a resort environment.
