Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the performance, growth, and profitability of the Southampton branch.
• Leading, managing, and developing a team across freight forwarding operations.
• Driving new business development and strengthening existing customer relationships.
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across import/export, air, sea, and/or road freight.
